Samuel Oteng is a 19-year-old Nova Community college student. Samuel was born in Italy but has lived in Northern Virginia his entire life. Samuel is pursuing a Computer Science degree and plans to transfer to VCU next year. Samuel is interested in software development and wants to be a Software Engineer. In his free time, Samuel likes to play basketball and stay active. He enjoys playing video games whenever he wants to relax. Samuels's hobbies are photography and video but it has turned into a job. He likes to produce music videos with his friend.
