After their first successful Kickstarter for Speculative Relationships: Volume 1, Scott Kroll and Tyrell Cannon are back with more science fiction romance! They’ve just launched a new Kickstarter campaign, and need to raise $12,000 by July 8, 2015.
In the mid-twentieth century, romance was the most popular genre in comics. Comic publishers produced dozens of titles throughout the 1950s and 60s, and many of the medium’s top artistic talents worked in romance comics. For a number of reasons, romance comics all but died out.
Speculative Relationships brings romance back to comics, with a science fiction twist!
The first Speculative Relationships campaign proved how powerful stories of love and connection can be, showcasing exciting independent talents. Now, Volume 2 will will return with MORE artists to explore themes of love and connection in a BIGGER book!
